REMOTE SERVICES
Although most of our client engagements are supported by an on-site visit to collect information there may be occasions when this may not be possible. This may be due to concerns about security, travel restrictions such as those caused by the COVID-19 pandemic or simply a budget constraint.
In such circumstances we have provided a remote service which can be undertaken with the support of video or phone conferences with site personnel, additionally we can provide a file sharing facility to support the transfer of data such as photos and documents.
Although an on-site visit is the preferred method for collecting information it is our experience that in some circumstances our remote service can provide an alternative and cost efficient option.
